Yep, the anser is Kristen Pfaff! One of the founding members of Hole. She was a pretty talented musician but Courtney hated her for many reasons (go figure). She Od'd right after cutting the album Live Through This. She had a much better voice and could play a lot better than Courtney. I guess Kurt had a little something on the side with her.

Thu, September 22, 2005 - 10:18 AMThat was a tough one! I was researching like crazy last night. From your clues, I thought it was someone from Hole but couldn't find any pictures. Once I got the OD clue from above I guessed it might be Kristen Pfaff. It was a collaborative effort!
